   Each gift voucher can only be redeemed once and cannot be reused or reissued once redeemed.

2. Non-Transferable
   Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose details are provided during purchase or redemption.

3. Validity Period
   Gift vouchers are valid until December 31, 2025. Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended beyond the validity date.

4. Exclusions & Promotions
   Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes, sales, or promotional offers.

5. Minimum Purchase
   Unless stated otherwise, there is no minimum spend required to redeem a gift voucher.

6. Partial Redemption
   Gift vouchers must be used in a single transaction. Any remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward.

7. No Cash Value
   Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds, in part or in full.

8. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
   U’LINEN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift vouchers. Please treat your voucher code as cash.

9. Online Use
   Vouchers can only be redeemed on ulinen.com by entering the voucher code at checkout.

10. Changes to Terms
    U’LINEN reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
