Each set includes 2 pillow cases, so the bed can be dressed as a pair or one can be kept fresh as a weekly changeover.
Soft, high-quality cotton helps reduce friction on your skin and hair while you sleep. Since these are naturally hypoallergenic and free from harsh dyes or finishes, they’re gentle on sensitive skin and can help minimize irritation or breakouts.
For the freshest, healthiest sleep surface, aim to wash your pillow cases once a week. If you’re prone to allergies, sweat heavily, or use skincare products at night, you might want to freshen them twice a week.
